The armor was basically a collection individually placed armatures and jointed plating worn over the torso and limbs with a protective helmet and a heavily armored skirt made of a heavy anti-EM insulation lined with a loose blast shield fabric interwoven with an anti-laser mesh.
The overall build of Phase IV armor was fairly similar to basic stormtrooper armor and earlier forms of clone trooper armor variants, but it was still more advanced in many ways.
